make a list of each color and have what they equal blue=three times the red, 3r green=five times the blue rope so, 5 (3r) red=is the same and the variable would just be r add them all together and set it equal to 508.25 r+3r+5 (3r)=508.28 you solve for r which is red then plug it back into 3r
