Accepted Solution

A:
Quick Answer 55 degrees.
MK is an arc. It's measure is the same as the angle joining the end points of M and K to the center of the circle. So to make the drawing easier draw one segment from M to the center of the circle. Draw another line from K to the center of the circle. Don't draw anything else yet.

The size of the angle you just drew is 110 degrees. It is the same as the arc's angular size. MK is the arc and it's measure is 110 degrees. I'm just repeating the fact a different way so you will understand.

Now here's the answer you have been looking for. Any angle drawn above MK that touches the circle's circumference is equal to 1/2 the measure of the central angle.

<MLK = 1/2 * 110 degrees
<MLK = 55 degrees.
